In the original drama, "The Pull of the Land", audiences watched what often appeared to be themselves on stage as an aging Edith and Anthony struggled with the prospect of leaving the farm while their city-dwelling son Tony tried to decide between a lucrative job in the city and his desire to return to his rural roots. Woven into the story were the romance, the pathos, the humour and the reality of farm life tied together by a gaggle of townspeople and six original songs.

The original cast, with the exception of one, has returned to bring you "The Pull of the Land—the Sequel". You will once again see Anthony and Edith, a new Tony, Taylor, Stephanie and the townspeople. The story moves into a new era with Tony returning to the farm. You will again be delighted with the townspeople, and Pete, the endearing hired man. You will want to dance with the Country Cuties and will enjoy a new romantic development. You will laugh, you will shed a tear, you will be enthralled with the eight new songs and for those who saw the original drama, you will be curious to see how the story unfolds. For those who did not see the original, the new drama stands on its own. You won't want to miss the Sequel!
